ImageGen is a proprietary software product developed and operated by FUSION GADGETS.

All intellectual property rights related to the application, including software, design, branding, and services, belong exclusively to FUSION GADGETS.

2. Service Description

ImageGen provides an AI-powered image generation platform that allows users to generate images from text prompts. ImageGen is a product of FUSION GADGETS.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ImageGen to generate or distribute:

• Illegal content
• Abusive or harmful material
• Content violating intellectual property rights
• Sexually exploitative or abusive content

5. AI Generated Content

Images generated by AI may be unpredictable or inaccurate. FUSION GADGETS does not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, or reliability of generated content.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the images you generate. However, by using ImageGen you grant FUSION GADGETS a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, analyze, reproduce, modify, and use generated content for purposes including:

• Improving AI systems
• Training machine learning models
• Research and development
• Operating and improving the service
• Developing commercial AI products

7. Free Service Model

ImageGen currently provides free access to AI generation tools. In exchange, FUSION GADGETS may process and analyze generated images and prompts to improve AI technologies and services.

8. Account Termination

FUSION GADGETS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

ImageGen is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. FUSION GADGETS is not responsible for damages resulting from the use of generated content.
